Nebraska based Sam & Louie’s Pizza is opening two new restaurants in South Dakota this February and March. The pizza franchise has over 22 locations throughout Nebraska, Iowa, Montana and now South Dakota.

The two new locations will be located in Rapid City (February) and Spearfish (March), bringing over 35 jobs and their commitment to support the local communities with involvement, donations and sponsorships.

The Rapid City location at 2101 Mount Rushmore Road will be locally owned and operated by Jeremy Jackson. The Spearfish location at 1420 North Avenue will be locally owned and operated by Kylie and Boyce Voorhees. Both locations will be open seven days a week, serving great food with fantastic service.

“We’re excited about opening these restaurants in South Dakota and we’re exploring the possibilities of opening locations in Pierre, Mitchell, Aberdeen, Brooking, Sioux Falls, and Yankton,” said Director of Franchising Michael Nolan. There is also a focus to open locations in North Dakota within the communities of Fargo, Bismarck, Williston, and Grand Forks.

Sam & Louie’s began in 1994 with one restaurant in Omaha, NE. The hand tossed pizzas, calzones, strombolis, pastas and a gluten free menu soon led to a successful franchise system that has allowed Sam & Louie’s to expand throughout the Midwest.
